We do our best to display colours, fabrics, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing variations.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if an item is unavailable, priced incorrectly, or suspected to be fraudulent.

Payments are securely processed via Shopify and other approved payment partners. We do not store your credit card details.

5. Shipping

We ship within Australia (and internationally where offered).
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as delays may occur outside our control (e.g., postal or courier disruptions).

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

We follow your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We’ll cover return shipping for any confirmed fault or error.

If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit, refund, or exchange, provided they’re in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs, including any exchange postage, are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Gift Cards & Discount Codes

Gift cards are valid for the amount issued and may be redeemed for products on our Site.
They are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or shared without permission.
Discount codes must be used within the stated timeframe and according to the conditions provided. We reserve the right to cancel discount codes if they are misused or shared publicly.
