We want you to love your M8ties purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We follow your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at contact@m8ties.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.
You’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund — whichever applies.
We’ll cover all return shipping costs for any item confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for either a store credit, refund or exchange.
To qualify:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If you request an exchange, you’ll also be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
Store credit/refund/exchange is processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
