  • All orders are guaranteed to be dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.


Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, postal service delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • While we aim for fast delivery, M8ties is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.


Tracking

  • A tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at the time of dispatch.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive it.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery method selected.

  • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) are clearly stated on the Site.


International Shipping

  • Where offered, international shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply in their country.


Lost or Damaged Packages
